Since 2008, MJ has been dedicated to international coaching and leadership training, helping humans expand their performance as individuals, team members, and leaders within an organisation. Prior to coaching, MJ was a business development executive in the financial services sector. The financial crisis was a gift in disguise inviting MJ to seek her own transformation by focusing on her passion for developing people and evolving organisations.

Earth Wanderer

MJ is passionate about travel, meeting new people, and experiencing new cultures. She grew up in Florida and studied and worked in New York City before relocating to Europe in 1993. Paris was her first love (and port of call); she is fluent in French. MJ lived longest in Switzerland which afforded her an amazing opportunity to develop her business globally. These days, MJ calls Australia home and she lives, works and swims in Forster, a small coastal town in central New South Wales.

Knowledge Seeker

Today, MJ lives in alignment with her values more than ever before. She strives for an authentic and simple life close to nature and the people, clients (and animals) she cares most about. The pandemic brought MJ a surprising ally in technology, and she is thrilled at the transformational impact that can be created on line as well as in person.
